Pathetic support. The waiting line in calls is absolutely pathetic and after 20 mins I gave up. Im still waiting for a response from Secure chat. The outrage against FNB is apparent in its star rating on Hello Peter. They earnt it.

Nothing but poor responses, Friday jobs and unethical behavior. I've been a KP client for 4 years. I've claimed once and its the worst experience ever! CKP ********** /1 Not only did their allocated panel beaters do a real terrible / half effort Friday job on my car, the many times I've been back to complain that something is wrong is embarrassing. All ZAMEER AUTO MAGIC did was send it for an alignment. Proper professions pointed out that the shafts from the engine to the wheels are bent from the accident. I almost fell off my chair when I was told by the panel beater and KP to send it in as a warranty claim to Ford. BECAUSE BENT SHAFTS IS WARRANTY? SO it turns out the SHAFTS are bent from the accident. I've had to replace the shocks as a result due to the wobbles directly to the wheels, I cant even drive on the highway anymore. KP is now making every excuse to not reimburse me for the shocks - even though I've tried and cried trying to get my wheels fixed for months. Their assessor blatantly ignores me and feedback is poor. My wheels are still wobbly and the only concern KP has is not paying for my shocks. I WARN YOU, CHEAP PRICE IS CHEAP SERVICE.

<p>4 years + no claims. When I finally claim, the quality of work is shoddy and cheap. Issues I asked to get fix like wobbly steering and brakes are blamed on maintenance. I then get told to take it to Ford for a warranty claim. Ford sells me discs and pads and tell me that will fix the problem. Well.... no, the wobble is still there and people can feel it. Its been a month later and I still haven't had anything but struggles with King Price and wobbly driving. Panels fixed by KP = R3000 ME: Excess = R3500 Discs and Pads = R3000 Wear and tear from the wobbles = ??? Why am I paying for this? Its been 2 months of absolute horrendous @#!$ from KP - the assessors manager - does he exist? Is it a chip on his shoulder? Does he have no respect for clients? Who knows - never responded and horrific service. claim manager - for sitting on a claim that's needed assessment for a month and not giving a ********** All the ASSESSORS - treating the issue like a hot potato. ZAMEER AUTO MAGIC - the initial panel beater. My car apparently went through 'QC'. When you look at the result there is no pride in the whatsoever and it was a really ****py job.</p>
Internet is down and MWEBs technical support says: "Due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot take your call right now." I'm shocked and upset that I'm paying R900 for this. After my Router contract expires in Sept - im dropping them faster than a hot potato.
Complacent towards fraud. We have been trying to report someone for signing on someones behalf with no authority. Its illegal and encourages theft. Not only has Standard Bank completely pushed us from pillar to post, but they treat fraud like a hot potato. IF YOU ARE A THUG OR CROOK, STANDARD BANK WILL TURN A BLIND EYE, JOIN THEM!!!

When you do need something, its not available or you get errors that make no sense.</p> <p> </p> <p>Steer clear and try Capitec.</p>
