I moved out of one unit into a unit i used to stay in same complex which is Erand court. I moved out on the 29th July 2025 the lease agreement states that the deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after lease termination. They were supposed to do a recon but that was not done up to today. Today the property manager tells me about bank charges of R250 when paying out my refund which I am still fighting for. They had to fix our stove before we moved out so they need to deduct that amount from the deposit but there has been no movement ever since. She does not respond to messages you have to send multiple texts before you can even get a response this might even take a day
I was in a car accident with a client that is under Discovery Insure. It has been over 2 months trying to get a response from Nonhlanhla Sinthumule. I was sending emails and calling nonstop but I am taken from pillar to post. Nonhlanhla Sinthumule then redirected my case to her manager Vekash Ganas who is also not responding to my emails. Mind you when my car was hit it wasn't even a month old as we speak they could not put the number plate at the back because of the damage. My boot does not work. When you call either of theses individuals they do not pick up when you call the call centre and want to speak to them they will tell you that they left a message for them to return your call. That call will never be returned. I had to end up being rude on the emails thinking they would respond and give me an update on my claim but nothing. Is it because I am the 3rd party that is why they not bothered. I had to use my own money to get quotations from VW approved panel beaters because they will not pay for quotations on 3rd party claims. Can i get a damn update on my case this is pure nonsense this incident happened early September. We are in November now with no update whatsoever.
