TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very very appalling customer services from OK FURNITURE PAROW CHINA TOWN I am greatly disappointed. I initially nade a laybuy, upon the laybuy I was advised that it's best to laybuy something that is always on stock so I don't struggle with delivery and so I did . I got to the store the following month paid up in full paid delivery as well. I was then told that the item was not on stock and so because I was desperate I opted for a swap . I was then promised that I will receive my swap the following day which was Friday the 29th Nov 2024. On Friday I stayed home from work waiting for the delivery, that did not happen I rung them up to enquire Lee April ( My Salesman) advised me of their delivery problems with their delivery bakkies and because it was after 3pm they can no longer deliver to my area however they did not feel the need to advise me of this I had to call them myself. I was then promised that I should expect my delivery the following morning on Saturday , that did not happen either . Today's date is the 3rd of December and I still haven't received my item . Honestly at this point I am just hurt with this great poor customer services.

Poor Medical Service
I have never been this appalled by a clinic service in my entire existence . The nurses arrive very late to work according to the security. When they get here they are extremely slow . I got to the clinic at 6h30am and I was only attended at 10h00am according to my understanding they start at 7h00 but there were no nurses at that time . We were just three ladies that needed help with birth control . Upon being assisted one of the nurses advised us to wait for the manager they might come they might not come . When they arrive they will let us know whether to go home or we will be assisted . I am disgusted at the fact that ,that clinic does not have any structure.
