I've had a really disappointing experience with Printulu. While my first order was just okay, the second and third orders were a complete letdown. I'll admit fault for the second order's delay since I didn't realize Midstream fell under Pretoria and not Midrand. However, the third time was completely unacceptable. I requested a custom quotation and specifically requested that the cards be ready by a certain date. I paid almost immediately after receiving the quote to avoid delays, and they were only delivered the day after my deadline, just before the close of business. The quality of the business cards was EXTREMELY poor; they were cut to the wrong size, and the borders were very off; some were scratched, and others were severely damaged. Now I'm sitting with 250 business cards I can't give to my client. Overall, I can't recommend this company and suggest looking for more reliable options elsewhere.
I’ve now had multiple issues with OneGrid’s hosting services across two websites, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The first site took nearly two weeks to go live because of setup issues on their end, which only got resolved after I repeatedly contacted support. Without my constant follow-up, the site would probably still be offline. Now, for my second site, I’m experiencing the same incompetence. I purchased hosting and a domain, but the DNS failed to register properly — a process that should take a maximum of forty-eight hours dragged on for nearly three weeks. My client’s website couldn’t go live damaging my reputation with my client, and I was left with no reliable support. I tried calling, logging support tickets, using live chat, and even WhatsApp (the number does not exist on WA), which doesn’t work. For a hosting company, their lack of communication and technical issues are simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, their billing system is just as unreliable. I set up debit orders, but the invoices don’t go off as they should, leaving me to manually pay each time. Now, I’m being charged a reactivation fee on my first site because of their failure to process a debit order, which led to an unfair suspension of my hosting. OneGrid’s lack of reliability is costing me time, money, and damaging my credibility with clients. If you’re considering OneGrid for hosting, be prepared for technical delays, broken support channels, and billing frustrations.
