I have been a client of Sambakoop for more than 10 years and have never had a problem with them but this changed in February 2026, an unauthorised transaction from WetHealth Animal Clinic Bloemfontein went through on my Samba card for R3000, I immediately contacted Sambakoop about this and they phoned me back the the next morning only to inform me that they will not be doing anything to assist me and that I would have to contact VetHealth animal Clinic myself! I don't want anything to do with them and are certainly not going to beg them for the money back! If someone can authorise a transaction on my Samba card without my knowledge and without my consent what else can they do?! I will never trust Samba again!
Ok on the positive side, when my fibre Internet is up and running the speed is excellent and at a very reasonable price, but the outages is a big problem and this happens mostly over weekends when I want to stream! I see from the other complaints that they love to get you to type a lot of BS commands into your router to make you believe that the fault is on your side, they tried that with me at 03h00 and I said F off, I don't even reboot my modem when asked to because I know the fault is on their side because it would then clear "by itself", I also know the fault is not with Frogfoot because my neighbours are also on Frogfoot but do not have problemes when I do. They will never acknowledge that the problem is on there side.....ever! So there's no chance that they will ever solve the problems, which pity because now I have to go through all the trouble to get a new ISP.
