Hi. I am having a problem claiming money for this policy that is up to date. They said they will pay within 48hours yet it has been 14days now and we still awaiting the money to reflect. My policy number is #CAB01A22A7D3. What is it that needs to be done for these ppl to come to party with an agreed payment procedures?

My biggest issue is that, in addition to the fact that I established payment arrangements and have been keeping my half of the bargain, my insurance has been paying for the past two months. I've emailed them, but they stated they will escalate the issue, and I haven't heard back from them since last week. However, when I check my account, I notice that my payment relief has been paying, but it gets credited and uncredited simultaneously. and each month, my interest rates continue to rise. The issue is that the salespeople are just interested in closing the deal when we purchase these insurance policies; they don't explain the specifics of what is required of us. For 14 days, the best-paying clients have been left in the dark by these municipalities, with electricity only coming on for 20 minutes every two days. To make things worse, recently enrolled students at North West University and Vaal University of Technology are the ones who are suffering the most since their just purchased groceries have been destroyed by these electrical problems. They claim that the "circuit breaker" is the problem, yet weeks have passed and it has still not been resolved. Hi. This Assupol organization is de*****ing people from their claims. For example, I had a life insurance policy for one of my siblings at home, but when I went to claim the money for funeral services, they were nowhere to be found, and the funeral was two weeks ago, but my claim has yet to be completed. I've been with them for almost five years, and they've suddenly stopped paying us. They are ****mers, and I hope their business would be destroyed.
