Unprofessional service/non delivery
I have placed an order and paid on the 2nd June 2025, for items confirmed in stock. I have done numerous follow ups both on the watsapp number provided and email address on when my order will ship. No response at all.

Bad Service
Following up almost daily on my missing delivery from Samsung, you hold on extremely long just to speak to a consultant just to be cut off. Very unproffesional.
