The consultant Ruben was extremely proficient and was able to handle all my questions with respect and I felt comfortable chatting with him. He put absolutely no pressure on me as a sales agent normally does
2 weeks now and I'm still waiting on the manager to make contact with me. I have phoned , what's app and email and still nothing
Afrimobile service is shocking and very poor. No idea of giving customer satisfaction. I have been waiting 5 business days for a response from the manager and the account department. Even no response on the what's app .
I would like to thank Adrian of Afri Mobile for attending to my issues I have had with Afr Mobile for 3 months and within a day everything was sorted
I have had a new device for almost 2 months they have debited twice my account and still my sim card is not activated or working. I have phone them , email them and still to this day I'm waiting for an answer as now I can't use my device and they are not assisting me
