Once again, Vodacom ****med me. After full 6 months of trying to cancel my contract because of poor coverage and data that is not working. They logged series of service request, but they failed to assist. They are taking me from pillar to post, and they even blocked my number and i returned their router. They failed to assist and they still taking my money. Vodacom, you are ****s. Now your system is failing to pick up the ref no, that you generated to me to track my query. Trust Vodacom at your own peril.
After trying to resolve poor coverage issue with them, they failed me dismally, but they are debiting my bank account without fear or conscious. Their network technicians failed to assist me, and when i try to cancel the contract, they are penalizing me for their incompetency. They just want to deduct my money for something that is not working. They are taking me from pillar to post, Vodacom left a very sour taste in my mouth.
Very horrible customer service and lies from the owner. They even over charge people and they will send u to pillar to post for car registration papers. Very terrible and horrible lying people. That dealership is a ****.
