Dissapointed
I am highly dissapointed in the service i received from polmed , firstly they inform me that they’ll terminate my mother from my medical aid , secondly they instruct me on what documents i must send them and i did , i haven’t received feedback in weeks and all i receive from them when i ask for it is query numbers , im highly dissapointed as im the one paying the medical aid , so the person working with the emails should do their job more efficiently and improve client service it’s almost end of the month and they haven’t informed me on the way forward regarding the matter and myself as the client must beg for feedback regarding the matter but instead i only get query numbers.

Worst Customer Service
I have a Contract with Telkom SA , i’ve been calling them for the past month about my network being off i spoke to 4 different people already and they only tell me my line should work within the next 5-10 hours and it’s still not working but my account is debited im up to date with my payments , so now im paying a contract with no network

I would highly recommend buying cars from Geovani Cyster at BNA Motors i bought two cars within a span of one year by him and the service was exceptional aswell as the vehicles , the process of buying a vehicle was made easy as i was a first time buyer and the process was explained thoroughly

Ominsure
I have had an accident on 2024-08-03 and ominsure settled amount with me after the 45 day period and now i have to wait for 30 more days for the money to reflect but my car is still not fixed
