Unfair treatment after we booked and paid for a trip to Eastlondon my daughter was told the booking was cancelled even though she had proof of booking
Poor service I was moved from Medipost to Marara and the experience was forever horible they know they deal with dispensing chronic medication meaning our life depends on that. They will not deliver until you call them then they will tell you make a payment first before the medication can be dispensed. You ask for a debit order facility they do not have. There was a query of an account of R191 and they could not prove I owe the money I asked for telephone records and that I will go to the bank and ask for bank records as the matter was very old. Waiting and only for the account to be handed to attorney for collection. This is bad business practice. Unprofessional at higher grade. Lerato Khoza was the finance lady working on this. I can’t be blaclisted for R191 of collection that I dd not cause
