THE ABSOLUTE WORST.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST COURIER. IF YOU CAN AVOID THEM DO SO AT ALL COSTS. I have dealt with Skynet, Citi Sprint, Internet Express, Buffalo Courier and more and they have all been 100 times better than this GFS joke. I call them everyday and nothing happens. They don't take my call seriously. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. It is so frustrating. I will rather pay a higher tariff and use any other courier. I'd rather walk to Johannesburg and collect the package by hand than use GFS. I would get my package sooner if I had walked to Joberg and back.
