I ordered food from the Shanghai restaurant for delivery. The delivery time said it would take 35 minutes. After 75 minutes I called the restaurant to ask where my food was and they said that it was ready but that there was no sign of the Delivast driver. I then decided to collect my food and requested a refund from Delivast as they were unable to supply the service that I had paid for. Delivast refused to refund me because I had collected my order. I am not sure how long they expected me to wait for my delivery.... totally shocking service and response to my request for a refund
DO NOT USE Hollard travel insurance when you are travelling. They have made the claiming process for missed flights so incredibly tedious that it is almost not worth the time and effort to claim from them. My claim is very straight forward yet I am struggling to get anywhere with them.
