<p>I enquired about their course and Julie send me an email with regards to payment, I duly paid and then did not hear a word for a month, I have been trying to get a refund to no avail. Eventually I recieved an email with information but I do not want to continue with such an unprofessional company. I have begged and begged for a refund and I get ignored!! Please can someone help me get my money back from these theives.</p>

DISGUSTING
I HAD AN ISSUE ' I return the item with explicit instructions to credit my Kalahari profile so that I could buy another bag. I said that there should not be a refund done! They then proceed to fetch the bag from me and REFUND THE CREDIT CARD!!! I am not going to ask my boss to enter his credit card details AGAIN! Now Kalahari has lost a sale a severely ****** off a customer!! I called and the operator Arafat (after keeping me on hold for more than 7 minutes) says that his supervisor is busy and the finance department does have a phone number for me to call.'<br> NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK YET/ NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY EMAILS<br> <br> AND WHAT IS KALAHARI'S RESPONSE FOR THIS:<br> We really sorry for disappointing you.<br> <br> SERIOUSLY!!! We really sorry for disappointing you.<br> THATS IT?? NO SUGGESTION TO FIX THE PROBLEM?? NO COMPENSATION? ALL YOU SAY IS:<br> We really sorry for disappointing you.<br> <br> NO, NO, NO!<br> SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME TODAY!! AND FIX THIS, TODAY!!

INCOMPETANT STAFF
My boss bought me a bag for Xmas from Kalahari, not even 3 weeks later the bag handle snaps. I return the item with explicit instructions to credit my Kalahari profile so that I could buy another bag. I said that there should not be a refund done! They then proceed to fetch the bag from me and REFUND THE CREDIT CARD!!! I am not going to ask my boss to enter his credit card details AGAIN! Now Kalahari has lost a sale a severely pissed off a customer!! I called and the operator Arafat (after keeping me on hold for more than 7 minutes) says that his supervisor is busy and the finance department does have a phone number for me to call. He then says it take 24 to 48 hours to process a request!! I can not tell you how frustrated I am and how sick and tired I am of waiting on Kalahari to call me back!!
