***** Investigations.
Very poor service from ***** investigations team. A rightful payment was made on my account and then the person who transferred the funds disputed the transaction after a personal altercation. As we both use standard bank my account is still blocked days later and I can't access my funds. I have submitted everything that was required that I have access to. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of updates. I will definitely close my account after this ordeal.

The staff at casualty (22/11/2024) was very efficient and professional. Within an hour I was examined, given medication, had x-rays and diagnosed. Although there were emergencies in the theater, the remaining staff kept it moving. The place was very clean including the restrooms. The security guards were also helpful. I am happy with the service I received.
