The problem is that there is a problem
After telling Michanic that I had a parasitic load issue, they sent two mechanics to my place, and after a few hours, I received a report telling me I had a parasitic load. There was no attempt to find the cause; I have to pay another fee for them to actually try to find my problem.

Warranty no being actioned
I've been stuck with a damaged motherboard, unable to work with my warranty. I bought this on Itworkup.co.za, and I paid extra for an extended warranty and after waiting months for their site to open up again I find out CSSI is responsible for the shutdown.

I've been buying from Wootware for years. The thing I appreciate is not the low prices or the good service. The thing I appreciate is the consistency. They have never let me down
