Very disappointed online service
I ordered a table online. 4 days later I see on their website my order was cancelled because they sold me something that out of stock. Now I have to wait 8 to 14 days to get my money back when they are the ones at fault. I’m extremely disappointed.

Horrible experience with Stuttaford
I wish I had read reviews on this company before deciding to use them to move. They moved my furniture from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg. My stuff stayed in their storage for about 7 months. When they delivered my stuff I realised that my smart TV and side lamp were damaged because the lamp was not protected and the person who packaged the TV was negligent as they put a nail in my tv and damaged it. Because I took out insurance with them, I immediately reported all this to the lady who helped me with moving from Bloem and she sent me all the forms I needed to fill in and I sent them all the forms together with evidence and quotations on 20 February 2025. I am disappointed to report that I have not had a single call from them since I submitted my claim. They have been ignoring me and no one wants to take accountability. My advice, stay away from Stuttaford. Their service if they damaged your goods is horrible.
