The staff at Wynberg Branch has given me a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I was there to rent an electric bike a month ago apparently the company can't produce an RC1 which is required by Takealot MR D when you rent a bike from a company, they kept taking me back and forth for a month now ,very disorganized you find people sitting all day ,with employees running around pretending to be helping you and promising you to help you when you go there next day they even forgot what where you asking about ,the company must really invest in staff training and good customer service today I decided to give up and look for a reliable company all i need is to rent a bike and work i feel humiliated i hope they improve in future.
The staff at the wynberg branch Johannesburg are so disorganized, when you join the fleet they promise to give you good service but once you rent a bike with them they don't care anymore they have bunch of employees who won't assist you and tell you to wait the whole 4 days for them to assist you with a flat tyre it is a nightmare you see people going up and down with no actual results if you planning to join the fleet and rent the bike expect a very frustrating experience, I got a puncher while delivering for uber as per VALTERNATIVE energy they must fix a Tyre for me but I'm not getting assistance they say I must wait but forgetting I need the bike so I can pay them and pay myself I wonder if the bike was on an accident it means I was gonna get another bike a month later since fixings a mere tyre takes forever the staff looks busy but doing less the customer and workshop service is very disappointing indeed.
Poor customer service ,bike battery very poor helmet low standard not safe once you encounter any service problems they ghost you
Excellent customer service representative s of the company assistanted me from beginning of sale until when I got my new bike good company and staff excellent
