Very Good Service from Standard Bank Call Center
Standard Bank Call Center - Tsepo provided the best service possible by spending an hour with me on the phone to resolve my problem and it was resolved in the end.

Discovery Bank is the worst
After the last review Discovery Bank's massage was that someone will call me back, no one called me and now they blocked me from getting into the bank app

Discovery Bank is the Worst
Don not ever do business with Discovery Bank. I have been trying to withdraw or transfer money from my Discovery Bank Account since November 2023 with no luck. In the mean time they ***** +/- R100 a month bank fees from my account although I do not / cannot use the account. I have contacted my lawyer who is going to serve them with a summons.

Discovery Bank - ***********
As I previously reported, discovery bank won't release MY money from MY account as they claim my ID is invalid and my passport has expired although the passport still proofs my identity. A consultant called me back but with the same result. I will STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone to use discovery bank since they are Willingly Spiteful and extremely *********** .

Discovery Bank - Extremely Poor Service
I have made numerous phone call to Discovery Bank to withdraw money from a bank account I have with them. I have submitted a copy of my ID Book, which they deemed "not valid" I did the same with my passport with the same response. I do not have a drivers license. This means it is impossible for me to withdraw MY money. The documents I submitted is valid since my personal bank accepts it and I have traveled out of the country with my passport. I would Strongly DISCOURAGE anyone to use Discovery Bank since they are willfully malicious and an extremely Poor Service Provider
