Booked for 15 people. On arrival, the accommodation advised that they never received the booking. VRBO didn't forward the booking to the accommodation. Now 15 people are stranded in another city!!!!

Not honoring confirmed fitment appointment
A fitment was confirmed for my vehicle yesterday but they didnt pitch. No communication. Nothing. I had to call the following day and the agent who picked up was now rescheduling me as though this is the first booking. She transferred me to their scheduling line where the lady there kept saying she cannot hear me and she eventually stayed on the line quiet. I ended up having to cut the call. The car is supposed to travel tonight and car track is just not assisting!
