Poor customer care
I think i just the biggest mistake by moving my salary to Discovery Bank, I can never reach customer care it just goes silent, Highly disappointed and now I have to move to move my salary again because of this

Standard Bank Prestige Evo
Prestige Banking is just a fancy name with no substance, to this day I'm still waiting for my 5000 ucount rewards for joining, I requested a new private banker to give them another shot of service since the other one was *********** but it's fallen on deaf ears meaning it's a thing with standard bank. The private banker and benefits claims was just a ****... thought I was upgrading but actually was downgrading to pay more fees.

Standard Bankn Prestige Banking
Recently upgraded to prestige evolve banking,the worst decision ever. The dreams sold are just embarrassing when it comes to them keeping to what they sell. You promised a bundled titanium card with a FREE credit only to be told different after you upgrade(discrepenicies). You are told you will be assigned to a private banker only to get a useless one that ghosts you and you can never get her on a call. Can't be paying R230 for a poor service like this I'm gutted.
