Emailed Mugg and bean regarding insect in hot chocolate . Had sent pictures and whatever else they asked for . Now they don't reply to emails . Ridiculous service from complaints department .
Simba complaints department are not competent at handling complaints . We have exchanged emails back and forth . I keep sending pictures that they have asked for but it's been 6 months and nothing has been done regarding my dissatisfaction with their chips having no flavouring at all .
Nuby bottles leaks as my baby drinks his milk . His clothes are always messed with milk. I contacted Dr brown support they ask for details...and then forward me feeding tips. Now they refuse to reply to my emails .
