Disappointed in institutions efforts
I am so disappointed in the communication of the institution and lack of Consideration from the faculty. I have app**** to faculties that I overqualified for , yet haven’t received a response from them and to my surprise i called them to find out that my application was not even looked over and is in a pile of batches with other applications who must be stressed out just like me .

Disappointed at on going clearance event
You can guess it I still haven’t recieved my package it’s still stuck on clearance event For almost weeks now I’m so disappointed with DHL So many excuses Please avoid this company at all cost

DHL dragging protocols and miss communication
Honestly from reading the reviews I’m not even surprised that the service is horrible My aunt sent me a package from USA that has Christmas presents such as skincare, body care hair care etc Mind you she had to pay 300$ for it to be shipped here to South Africa When the notification for customs to be paid I tried paying with my card yet the system rejected my NEDBANK CARD , this error dragged for 5 days to the point where I went to the bank to check whether my card was the problem Fast forward my aunt had to pay from USA and it costed R1353 for customs!!!!!?? Fine she payed customs the day before the die delivery and expected the delivery to be rescheduled and sent to meaybe 3 days later or so We waited for 5 days before we got a response saying that my shipment is on hold ??? On hold I tried contacting DHL but there was no response and only emails saying it’s on clearance event? For what I gad to send many emails before they could actively respond and now they are saying that my package was s detained at port health due to hazardous checking and it may take a few days Mind you this shipping went out the 18th if November It is now the 3rd of December!! They’ve asked me for a detailed list of what is inside the box and I’ve sent them It’s the2nd of December I’m waiting my package to still arrive and will not wait longer that’s the 10th DHL please hurry up with my package
