Great Service. The wheel broke due to a bad weld and they sent a brand new frame the next day and collected the old one. Highly recommended!

That is more than 14 years, but it seems like no one seems to care anymore.<br> <br> I cannot do my work and if this continues I will cancel my contract and go somewhere else.<br> The people that answer the network coverage phones appears to be incompetent as I've wasted hours speaking to them and still no result.<br> <br> Thomas from network coverage was here twice for a site visit and promised me a booster in February already, but nothing has been done. <br> STILL NO RESPONSE!!!<br> <br> My point is that it used to work perfectly fine and suddenly it got worse. Not just me, any other MTN client here as well. By putting in a booster they are fixing a symptom, not the root cause of the problem.<br> <br> I'm no Telecoms engineer, but this makes me doubt the abilities of the technicians even more.<br> <br> I've sent an email with all the reference numbers to support.<br> <br>
