THE WORST- ******!
I have been charged for a Domestika plus contract that I did not agree too. No one is responding to my mails, nor assisting me. I am furious. I hear that I am not the first person that this has happened to!!!

Slightly confused
I finally collected my little cats remains. The little pot was beautifully presented. My concern was her passing on the 9/11/24. The vetenary practice told me that it would be a week before getting her remains. Last week on the 27/11, i called the vet to see if she was ready. I got a return call to say that there was a delay at the crematorium. Her ashes arrived yesterday on the 3/12/24. Im just wondering if this is standard, or if there was a mistake/miscommunication with the practice. Left me feeling pretty unsettled.
