I have submitted my uif claim on the 15th Oct 2024 on the previous website (https://ufiling.labour.gov.za/) which was faulty with case number ..........21 and again on the 19th Nov with case number ...................35. After many calls, I went to the labour department standing outside for 1/2day not even going in to the building as from 7am the morning with no luck. Eventually was told to follow the link on dcewebapp to upload my documents. Still awaiting for feedback as from the 15 Nov till today, case number ending ...22. Still no feedback. Called in many many times. Told that online applications takes longer. Difficult to get in to the building. How does the government also the Western Cape not make sure that the unemployed are helped accordingly and efficiently. 3 Months unemployed going without any income. App**** for vacancies but unfortunately not yet been employed. How should we go about our daily life's and expenses. Paid all these years of employment my UIF which was deducted monthly. But now I have to wait for my UIF payments. Is there an outcome to get this sorted asap
Been a customer for a short while, Received router with two sim cards. Ported both numbers mine and my daughter to rain sim cards. Previous fiber service provider was never canceled, so ported rain sim cards to Capitec. After two days, canceled the rain contract. Cancelation was done immediately. Rain canceled the sim cards due to being part of the router contract but canceled the numbers in total. Not working. Requested new sim cards. Numbers to be ported. Still waiting after two weekeds. All you get from them we will get back to you. No one is getting back to you, you get go to the app and as rain. Well that is only an ai support. One can call, one can ask rain Ai, NO RESULTS!! Still waiting for a resolution. Customer service agent all of them only reply we are sorry. Sorry does not help. Customer service will help. a resolution will help
Very Very poor service, struggle to get through to the number 0100201028 The customer service agent does not apparently hear you when you call, they do not call back. Do not read the WhatsApp line whereby messages were send. Waiting for urgent parcels. the courier came in to the estate and left without delivery of my parcel. Do not call. Nothing Very very bad customer service rendered
