Good day, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Noor and Leshana from Avocatravels for arranging yet another wonderful holiday in Thailand. We visited both ****et and Bangkok, and as always, the experience was seamless and memorable. We’ve been using Noor and her team since 2010, and this was our eighth trip arranged through them (including ****et, Bangkok, and Hong Kong). Every time, the service has been outstanding. The hotel selections were of a very high standard, and all our transfers to and from the airports were punctual and done in luxury taxis. A special mention goes to the Avocatravels call centre team who contacted us in Bangkok to warn us of an approaching storm. Thanks to their proactive support, we were able to get to the airport quickly and catch an alternative flight—ensuring we didn’t miss our connection in Singapore back to South Africa. We always do our research to find the best deals, but we end up returning to Noor and her team. They consistently offer the best value and tailor-made packages that suit our needs perfectly. Vodacom phoned me to upgrade my existing contract to a cheaper contract.I accepted it but the next day I decided against it and cancelled it telephonically.However my attenpt failed and my cancellation was not logged.On the 20th November I spoke John in the cancelation call center and he logged the cancellation.On the 30th I spoke to Godfrey in the customer care call center but he revered me to Sandra in cancellation department.She asured me it will be cancelled on the 1st of December.The 2nd December I spoke to Jenelle she logged the cancellation again.However it was still not done.I went into the Vodacom shop to ask one of the consultants she was very helpful and loggend multiple request to reverse the contract and cancel it.Her attempt failed.It seems it is impossible to cancel a contract at Vodacom.Their customer care and cancellation center service is of poor quality and not up to standard.If I could give 0 start I would.
