Hi I recently bought a nados wrap at the Malibongwe Nandos, I ordered the wrap and (not with) halloumi. Got the order, no Halloumi, asked was told it was in the wrap ( FIY the interest in me the customer was nothing could give a f$$$k but for this branch is not irregular) , I said I ordered it separately but got that I don't give a f@@@k look. Decided no worries I will try it. The wrap now R20 more expensive had half the chicken in it, normally it has a lot of chicken but it was now maybe 1/4 of the normal amount......why? Pay more, horrible service, almost no chicken and order wrong.
I have been to both Willowbridge (Durbanville) and the Cresta Shopping centre branches, the staff were very nice and friendly, but I need a replacement part (board) for my Lenovo laptop (1 year old). They both told me they would contact the supplier and get back to me with a price. I never heard from the Willowbridge branch and it's been 2 weeks since the Cresta branch said they where waiting to hear from their suppliers. I can understand the part might take a while to get to the branch but not getting a response from the supplier? This is just terrible customer service, I have returned to Cresta branch to follow up because when I call they just say "the tech guy will call you back" this does not happen. My first visit to a computer mania with this problem was 3 weeks ago, still nothing.
