To the management of Shoprite As a regular customer of the Shoprite group I have never experienced any problems with other branches. I always have issues with the blue downs branch as it's close to our home. Please find the following complaints: My fiance is 8 months pregnant and no cashier or customer care staff are giving her preference as a pregnant woman to at least not stand so long and move to the front of the lines. On a regular basis the bee sting, snow*****, custard donuts are old and hard. The mamma's pepper steak pies were old we purchased on 29 November. A month ago we bought trifle for R10 each X2 and both were moldy. I didn't have petrol to return it to blue downs shoprite. The lines are always very long at this branch and most of the cashier's work slow compared to other branches. Two months ago we purchased samp and beans. We found two dead ****roaches in the packet. In the same purchase of a packet of ritebrand rice we found a few insects. The money market line is also always very long and takes longer to move than other branches. On Sunday we bought a honey and oat bread. The bread was old and once again I don't have petrol to go complain to the manager all the time. Nobody picks up the other products being misplaced and it's not returned to the correct shelves. I fail to understand what the managers at this branch are doing as the shop lacks proper management. As a regular customer I expect Shoprite to check the quality of the products, improve how your staff works etc. We refuse to go to other branches like Eerste river, kuils river or Delft. We expect Shoprite blue downs to correct these issues with immediate effect, as if this information gets to the public it will negatively impact on sales. I implore you to make us feel like humans with dignity.
Hi, my complaint must please be referred to wced Metro East regional office in reference to a late admission application of my step son, for grade 4 in 2025. His sister was accepted and we were informed by the wced regional Metro East department that it will be a motivation for him to be accepted at Blackheath primary due to his sibling being there for 2025. We have received no feedback from the school or the wced. We need to plan around his uniform and stationary but we can't do that if we don't know where he will be attending school next year. The application was submitted to the school in November 2024 after the regional office assisted us with the late submission.
My fiance is 8 months pregnant and was booked to see the nurses at the clinic at 10am. She had an appointment but they only started calling names of patients at 12pm. This is unacceptable as she had to sit on a hard chair while waiting. This must be corrected by the department of health, western cape please
