Firstly, I've never known how to be able to have an online store, and, since GOD has prepared me and trained me and showed given me a strategy to engineer an online store, it is all made possible with your convenient hosting. It is so amazing. I am excited for 2025, and great potential for growth.

My experience was a testament to the power of patience, kindness, and excellent customer service. After praying, I reached out to RAM's head office in Johannesburg, where I was assisted by Lazart. He was incredibly professional, assuring me that he would escalate my case to the Bellville branch manager. True to his word, he called back a few hours later, asking for my help in identifying the contents of my parcel to expedite the process amidst the 30,000 parcels in their warehouse. The Bellville manager followed up personally, explaining the bottleneck and offering a solution. Her willingness to even consider a personal delivery showed genuine care and commitment, though I chose to wait until Monday. Randall then stepped in to confirm final details, and his professionalism brought me to tears. I could sense the hard work and dedication of the entire team despite the immense pressure they were under. To my surprise, the delivery arrived at 09:30 this morning — exactly as I had dreamt!
