You actually dont deserve any stars. We are awaiting a tecnician to come out. Its been ****** 8 days without internet and or wifi. I make a living working from home. Are you going to pay me for my loss of income? And are you going to compensate us for downtime? Come on man. Just get back to a person, or do you want us to change our ISP???
We have been waiting for more than a week for a technician to come out. We have a ticket number, we had a call, we were told someone would come out to view the problem. Your WhatsApp service and agents are useless, nothing is resolved.. i earn a living working from home, but have not been earning any money. Are you Vumatel going to pay me for a loss of money, and pay us for downtime??? This is just rediculous!!! Its been 8 days since we started communicating. Do you want us to use a different service provider and cancel yours?
Useless company and never gets back to you. Internet has been off for 3 days now, and nit being resolved.
Good Day We hereby would like to advise regarding a pack of diapers we bought last week. As parents, we believe in supporting a brand that we have used for over 21 years now. However this is the first time that we have to complain about the product. We have a 8 almost 9 month old baby weighing approximately 10 to 11 Kgs now. We shortly saw we were running out of diapers, and my wife went to buy a pack of the 4+ size whixh supports the weight group of 11kg to 17kgs, as per attached picture. However when opening the pack we started noticing how small the size is. Infact the size seems like the size 2 to 3 we have used in the past. When putting the diaper on, we started noticing the size is incorrect as advertised on the acual pack. We noticed clothes are often wet, and the bedding due to nappy being to small. In less than 3 hours we need to change her due to the leaking, but the product advertises dryness up to 12 hours. It is extremely tight fitting which is not ideal and also uncomfortable. This is the only diapers we currently have, and we would either like a refund or replacements for the inconvenience. We dont have another diaper size to to do a comparison, but i did take two pictures next to a measuring tape for you to see. Also the diapers inside does not have a number on like other brands. Please could someone get back to us as
For.the past week we have been fighting with our Service Provider Flycool re our Internet Fibre that has been off for a week now. All they state is that they have referred the fault to Vumatel which is the technical department. They stated that the issue will be resolved between 24 and 72 hours. What a joke. !!!! I need Vumatel to come.out a fix the fibre as it is broken/damaged as it was installed on the pavement instead of the property where is would be safe. I need Vuma to.contact me Urgently as I have lost money as I work from home. This is so frustrating that in todays age customer service and communication is so poor. Its actually frightening how bad it is. Vumatel contact me Urgently as my next stop is ICASA.
Our internet has been off for a week today. Fibre cables outside have been damaged. Flycool stated that Vumatel needs to fix the error. Till today we only received a ticket number. No tech came out, nobody called. There is no decent communication, only WhatsApp AI nonsense. Asked to be called no one did. I work from home and lost money, but Flycool just dont care. We are 4 people on the property that have escelated this issue to no avail. Its rediculous how bad the service is. The ticket number is 00421710, and I need someone to.come and resolve this problem ASAP. You cant expect people to wait for a week. We have all the comm proof, so dont tell me otherwise. I need Flycool to get their act together and call us. Why is there no landline number for you either? Poor service. Call me urgently.!!!!
