Vodacom falsely submitted a missed contract payment for October 2025 to Credit Bureau under my name. I have since disputed this and Vodacom called and advised they're escalating my matter and will provide feedback. Reference number that was provided is 5-36169988801116 no one has ever called there. I sent my dispute to Experian and their response was "Vodacom needs to send Experian an instruction to delete the missed payment and Vodacom knows the procedure". The consultant from Vodacom had said there is nowhere on their system where it shows a missed payment and I still don't understand why this is not removed on my name. Vodacom is tarnishing my good credit history and this will affect me big time. What i don't understand is why is it easy for Vodacom to lie when i'm cutting ties with them yet difficult to remove the lie they put about me. This is really frustrating.
I had a contract with Vodacom for years and their payment always went off by debit order on payday. Today when I get my monthly updated credit score it shows i have defaulted on Vodacom contract payment in October which is false, the debit order went off on my account. Vodacom please don't ***** my credit score. I need this removed urgently. I have disputed this with Experian, but while i wait for feedback Vodacom i urge you to urgently remove this on my credit profile. I have never missed payment with you or any creditor.
So i had read so many negative comments here on Hello Peter about the Farm I really was hesitant to go to the farm but i wanted to go there so bad. I did and it was the best experience ever. Don't focus so much on the negative comments, the farm and employees are super friendly. This is a kids paradise. I'm definitely coming back again and again.
I'm extremely frustrated with DSTV right now. Last week Thursday I added Disney Plus on my DSTV account but couldn't have access, Called in on Friday and I was told to transfer money to my DSTV account which I did. I still could not access Disney Plus, I called in and they did an activity of removing it on my account and I had to add it back and still could not log in, the consultant I spoke to then asked me to send her my OTP (I know I shouldn't share these with anyone, but I was so frustrated as she kept thinking I was not doing it correctly) 50minutes into the call I was still not assisted BUT now my Disney Plus account shows as "Deletion in progress, and this will take 30days" I contacted Disney plus help desk and they advised that the deletion can only be retracted by DSTV. I don't know what DSTV consultant did but I need DSTV to retract that account deletion they did on my Disney plus and if getting access is that much of a deal refund my money as well, I only drew the line when they requested my DSTV login details so they can check on my app. I should have honestly activated my account directly with Disney plus. Friday the so called team leader said he'll call me back but did he call. This morning when I call I’m told I’ll be assisted in 3hours time by the technical team 4 hours later when I call I’m told the consultant that promised 3hours turnaround **** it's actually 24hours. It's so frustrating dealing with *********** people.
