Account number: ***4, Matter Number: STAR199361 I sent an email last year to cancel my account it was canceled and they said I don't owe anything but now I'm busy getting calls from hybrid collections telling me I'm owing and I must have a paid up letter to show I've settled the account or I will get blacklisted3 replies

Stop charging me for data I'm not using
I sent a ticket to Rain to cancel my contract even today they are still charging me for the data that I'm not getting or using. This is a bad service I receive from them and I have been with them for a long time. When They call me I answer they are not talking you only hear a person breathing5 replies
