URGENT ESCALATION – Ongoing Poor Service and Unacceptable Conduct at Power Fashion Eyethu Mall (Orange Farm) To Whom It May Concern, I am escalating a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and ongoing service failures at your Power Fashion branch in Eyethu Mall, Orange Farm. Today, 17 March 2026 at approximately 11:00 AM, I was once again informed that the system was offline when attempting to purchase airtime and electricity. This is not an isolated incident, it is a recurring and consistent problem at this branch. More concerning, however, is the extremely poor attitude and unprofessional conduct displayed by staff, including the branch manager. Customers are treated with disregard, spoken to dismissively, and made to feel like an inconvenience. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I run a business that depends on the daily purchase of airtime and electricity. I serve over 40 clients per day who need these services and by extension, I bring consistent and valuable business to your store. Despite this, both myself and my clients are repeatedly turned away, often without any effort to assist or provide alternative solutions. This situation is creating an inconvenience for myself and clients since other stores are further away and it is tarnishing your brand reputation Your lack of consistency and professionalism is unacceptable not only from myself but from the many customers I serve daily.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with GIB Finance's handling of my retirement fund claim which Power Fashion Retirement Fund is under. When I received my payout, I was shocked to find a significant shortfall. When I enquired about the discrepancy, I was met with rudeness and a lack of explanation from both GIB and Power Fashion Factory. I suspect the missing amount might be my non-vested retirement funds, but I'm still trying to get clarity. What's frustrating is both company's unresponsiveness - emails are ignored, and there's a lack of transparency and customer service. It's been a nightmare trying to resolve this issue. I hope others can learn from my experience and consider alternative options for their investments with GIB and engagement with Power Fashion Factory.

Not all about complaints but if need be, we must applaud good service we received. On the 07 July 2025 I went to Mamelodi Mams mall power fashion to return items that I misplaced slip, Ms Mohlamonya was trying to help to retrieve slips and she failed. She had a passion of helping me an she decided to call her store manager. Store manager who I didn't ask her name, came with grin like a cheshine cat, they patiently searched for a copy as I was not sure about the time I bought the items. Indeed it was second time in their store an I appreciate their service. I received an excellent service an I wish all other customers can receive such an excellent service.

Just had the most disturbingly rude encounters by your cashier Miranda Mbete who seems to lack basic manners. She also continued when your assistant manager Nomathamsanga entered the store from the back area while i was explaining my complaint or at least tried to.

I have received a bad service at power Clothing store in setsing qwaqwa I have visited the store on 2025-06-04 and was assisted by a lady named Betty, she was rude and did not want to accept my old R100 note said she is not fami**** with it she can only accept new notes (Madiba). As far as I know the SA reserve bank is still recognizing the old notes as acceptable cash, employees should be taught about the security features codes on both old and new notes, this is unacceptable, customer service is a priority.

Good day To who it may concern, I write to you in sadness and disbelief of a service that I, my partner and the community received when shopping at your store in Daveyton, Mayfield Square this past weekend 31/05/2025. The manager "George" in that store is rude, self centered and has no respect for customers. He does not care about customer service or have have any respect and leadership skills, he runs the store like it's his own showing disregard to anything and any of his customers. Talks to woman in a awful manner almost making them feel inferior towards him just because he is a man, I had to intervene him talking the way he wants to with woman just because he is the manager and his word goes. I truly trust that you will sort this out because he is truly out of control and will end up ruining the companies name. Thank you, Kind regards

He does not care about customer service or have have any respect and leadership skills, he runs the store like it's his own showing disregard to anything and any of his customers.
