Absolutely despicable. If they are not giving you half the information you need, they are not giving you anything AT ALL. I am a first car owner, and if it wasn’t for the panelbeaters where my car is being fixed, I would have been ****ed. The advisors and the managers are a PROBLEM, and I hate to say this but I CANNOT wait to switch insurance & deal with people that have even the tiniest of logic anc EQ
I’m a first time car owner, and I got into an accident with my car. My insurance wasn’t the best in terms of giving me accurate and reliable advice, which was quite frustrating. But since the day that it has been in the care of ProLine (Wynberg) I have been shown the utmost care and empathy. I’m really grateful to Bianca and her team for their guidance and assistance. They continuously update me on each and every step, even making courtesy calls to reassure me that my car is in safe hands. Thank you for your hard work and the dedication you have in always providing impeccable customer care/support/service.
