My car was in repairs for one month to fix damage to the front left door. Yesterday, I was advised on collection that my car battery was low. Proline Autobody jump started and my car brought it to the front for me to inspect. They said that I should drive the vehicle to charge the battery. I drove the care for one hour to return home and the car would not start. Today I had to purchase a battery out of pocket to the value of exactly R1650. How do you do that to customers? My car also returned with four punctures in different wheels and I had to pay exactly R240 at Engen Bassonia to repair.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by this panel beating company. My car was not ready for collection on the agreed date, as it still had unresolved issues. To make matters worse, I was left sitting at reception for over an hour without any communication or update from the staff. After that, I was given empty promises that were never fulfilled. I was also assured that a R500 fuel voucher for the inconvenience would be paid into my account within 10 working days. A month later, I am still waiting, and my follow-up messages have been completely ignored. I have all of this in writing via email, including the promise of payment, which makes the lack of response even more unacceptable. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and highly unprofessional. I will definitely never return and would not recommend their services to anyone.

Worst experience ever! I would not recommend Proline Autobody to anyone who needs to have work done on their vehicle. From the onset, communication has been terrible. You have to practically beg for updates on work being done. Damage was caused to my vehicle and am now waiting a month for this to be resolved, and told to wait even longer. Even after escalating, there seems to be no improvement in service levels nor any sense of urgency in getting the issue resolved - it is one excuse after another and lies all the way up to the management team!
