I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by proline autobody. My car was not ready for collection on the agreed date, as it still had unresolved issues. To make matters worse, I was left sitting at reception for over an hour without any communication or update from the staff. After that, I was given empty promises that were never fulfilled. I was assured that a R500 fuel voucher for the inconvenience would be paid into my account within 10 working days. A month later, I am still waiting, and my follow-up messages have been completely ignored. I have all of this in writing via email, including the promise of payment, which makes the lack of response even more unacceptable. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and highly unprofessional. I will definitely never return and would not recommend their services to anyone.

If you have kids, I would not recommend staying at Kikuyu. They claim to be a family-friendly estate, but that’s far from the truth. We were fined simply because our children’s toys were left in the garden ,something that should be completely normal for a family home.
Terrible service. I took my car in for repairs, and when I got it back, I immediately noticed the keyhole was missing. No one from the repair centre reported it or even mentioned that anything had happened. To make matters worse, some important documents that were kept in the glove box also went missing. This level of carelessness is extremely disappointing.
Do not take a contract with FNB Connect. I have been making adhoc payments into my contract. I was told I have to make my final contact payment this month, when I asked for a statement showing all my payments, I am given the run around! As a customer I have a right to a statement to track my payments!
Wish i could give them a 0!! Terrible service from drivers. Still urgently waiting for an order that the driver decided not to deliver yesterday!!! Been on the phone with multiple agents the whole day!! Zero assistance!
The consultants will harass you!!! I get calls from over 10 consultants a week!And I keep telling them the same thing!
Terrible service. Ordered a few items online and received an order with missing items. Called both customer service and Woodmead store and no one is assisting. It’s been over a week now!
Bad service. Nail broke on day 3 after absolutely no pressure app****, no pain or discomfort felt. Called in, and they weren’t willing to account for this. Lady said I have to pay to have it fixed. Disappointed!
