Highly Unprofessional and Disappointing Service

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by this panel beating company.

My car was not ready for collection on the agreed date, as it still had unresolved issues. To make matters worse, I was left sitting at reception for over an hour without any communication or update from the staff. After that, I was given empty promises that were never fulfilled.

I was also assured that a R500 fuel voucher for the inconvenience would be paid into my account within 10 working days. A month later, I am still waiting, and my follow-up messages have been completely ignored. I have all of this in writing via email, including the promise of payment, which makes the lack of response even more unacceptable.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and highly unprofessional. I will definitely never return and would not recommend their services to anyone.
