I just called Rain twice today and they are unable to resolve my matter…I have been disconnected from November until to date but they still want me to pay for non service which it’s rediculars and I did speak to their consultant on February lady called Maureen which assisted me cancel a December bill but now I wanna reconnect to their internet it requires me to pay for months that were disconnected that is day rubbery….i am very dissatisfied and ver unhappy
I am not Happy with Rain services as I don’t understand why I we being charged for months that u failed to pay and sad part is that the disconnect you but when you re-connect the want you to pay for the previous month but it was disconnected…it totally wrong and it doesn’t make sense why must I pay for services i didn’t not use
I have cancel my subscription with Shomax on may 2025 but to my surprise I am still being digitally debited…. I been sending emails no respond from them even when u talk to their agent no help the send back to email address that is website….i think the are ****ming people…why don’t the have call centre number so that u may reach them when u need assistance.so
NEVER NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY,****MERS THEY USE DIFFERENT BANKS FOR TO DEPOSIT MONEY.THEIR WEBSITE IS LIGIT BUT NEVER BE FOOLED.
