The worst experience I've ever had. Buying a car is not like buying an apple at the shop. Firstly it took me 3 weeks to make a purchase of the haval at Haval Milnerton, the whole process was a nightmare while dealing with a salesman called Rosco. After they delivered my car in Pretoria they couldn't care less. When I received the car it had scratches, when I wanted to cancel with them from the bank I found out that they signed the delivery note on my behalf. 5 weeks later they still haven't fixed the scratch. I don't even have number plates on the car. The salesman and the manager ignores my calls. Don't ever buy a car here, after they get the money they don't care about you
I have been with the insurance for 5 months now after they have been abusing me with calls to join them. Today I took my car to Ford and they found a machenical issue. Dotsure rejected my claim saying I must take my car for a service before 1500 km. I was never told about this when I joined all I knew is my service book must be up to date. I took in the car for a service when there was only 1000km left. I want my money from the time I joined till now.
I went to Food*****s market Menlyn yesterday to buy items on special only to get home and see that that charged me the original price. It's not the first time food*****s market does this to me and judging by the comments a lot of people experience this. I can't keep driving back to collect my money cause driving back also costs me money. What's dissapointing is I only went to the store to buy those two items but it actually wasn't worth it cause I paid the original price. My cashier name was Annah
