*********** service from Debonairs Pizza Kinako Mall
On the 23rd of January this year, at 12H48 I placed an online order ref#131434772 and collection time was 14H15 same day at Debonairs Kinako Mall for my lunch at work. I drove to then arriving exactly at 14H15 only to find my order was not prepared no explanation from the staff. I asked them, their answer was we are going to do it now. What about the collection time placed on my order? I have escalated the matter to the corporate department to me understand the online processes. Up until now there is no feedback. Below par service they offer. I'm changing to Roman's who may be better than this we being offered. 😡😡😡😡

Capitec and Group Are Us bad business
On the 26/11/2025 I was notified on a debicheck on my bank App from this company. I do not have any business whatsoever with them but they will deduct money from my account. I Googled them only to find out they are an insurance company. I dont know how they do business yet they don't have proper communication process. I wrote to them to cancel what they trying to do, no response from them.
