This is the worse Renault that I have ever dealt with. I have been in contact with them since they have open to assist with my car including the night before when my malfunction happened. I kept getting told that someone will call me. I receive an email 15 mins before closure that they will be closing at 12 pm. How is a year-end function more important than providing a service. How is it that none of the people I spoke to informed me about it. Then when reaching the Service manager, she stays persistent that I will not be assisted because they NEED to go to a function. Where is the client services. I explained since my first call that its urgent. But CLEAR Renault Kempton Park value function over clients. It seems this brand is all about selling and not service thereafter. If there was a rating less than 1 star I would of selected it. WORSE RENAULT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
