Must be the worst place to deal with ....does not respond to their business whatsapps take them all day to find a door In their yard then the one handling the whattsapp fone tells you to calm down when asking when they going to respond to your part querry ....1st time iv encountered this type of response from somebody dealing with customers ....then blames rain when infact querry was listed at 11:29 am an you only get a response at 16.15 an get told to calm down ...dam dont know how you guys operate ....but had my previous boss seen that whattsapp an me responding to a client that way ....id be fired on the spot ...Ace auto do something a out your terrible service of the either counter sales or whattsapp parts queries....im totally shocked

Terrible .... ood day Earlier I played my bonus on pragmatic play ...it was R105 deposit match bonus I played until I won R4100 an the remaining spins on bonus indicated R400 left ...in my knowledge if thats the case I was allowed then to.withdraw my R4100 or slightly less iv won is that not true ....it now shows on my balance I had R18.10 ...how do you even get to that amount so what happens to all that money i won ..a now all these messaged are missing on my profile ...if thats the case your site is a **** an ***** site which is totally unfair...on betway if u had won all.that money on ur bonus spins an the amount balance reached to spin to withdraw that winning you get all that winnings in your wallet an eligible to withdraw it If this is the case I'll report this matter to the national gambling board to be investigated as this is unfair an false advertisin
