Leratong hospital....Great service to the public
What a beautiful,dedicated staff and Dr's and security guards.I felt like I'm in private hospital.I went to Leratong hospital on Monday morning with a swollen leg.I got the and parked in front of the main entrance and the security guy hurried and bought us a whell chair.The nurse came and took me quickly to the casualty area where I was helped straight to P2 ward.The staff the where dedicated and came to assist without minutes and the Dr attended me and sent me to X-ray....The Radiographer was friendly and helped as I was in pain I couldn't get to bed without an assistance. Came back to P2 and they sent me to the Orthropodist.....to look at my scan as I was fractured.The Dr came and assist me and with a professional manner and went to Pharmacy to collect my medication.It was my first experience at public hospital....I must say every staff member there is dedicated ....Thank you very much and keep it up Leratong hospital.

Terrible customer service at Mr Price Kagiso mall
I went to Mr Price in Kagiso Mall on the 16th December 2024 around 16H11.I went there to do some shopping for my kids.What a terrible service I experienced.There were no sales consultants on the floor.I picked a school bag and when to the tills to pay. There was four staff metered busy gossiping and making a loud noise.They didn't even care about staff on tje quee.One staff members saw me with the school bag,and told me to go and take another one as the one I was holding was a display,she didn't bother to assist me but she sent me instead so she can continue with their gossip.I think the whole staff needs to be trained including the management.They cashier didn't greet me or offer a bag or even say thank you after the purchase.What a terrible customer service....I will never set my foot there again.
