On the 15 November 2024, I placed an order on shein and on the 26 November 2024 my parcel was out for delivery, However that day I had not received anything. Later that night I received an email informing me that my parcel was returned to ITT courier service warehouse in Graaff Reinet. From that day, I kept calling both Buffalo International Logistics and ITT Courier to track my parcel. A lady with the name Linda at ITT courier confirmed me that on their system, it shows that my parcel is with them however, they couldn't locate it. On the 13 January 2025, I informed both buffalo International Logistics and ITT courier about my missing package. 2 days after my complaint, they updated my status to read that my package was delivered whereas that is false. Its been a back and forth between myself, ITT courier and Buffalo International Logistics. All I want is for my package to be delivered, if not, they must refund me. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I received throughout and I have concluded that Buffalo and ITT Courier company doesn't take their customers serious.
I placed an order on Shein on the 15th November 2024. The courier company that was supposed to deliver my package was ITT courier (Graaff Reinet Branch). My order was out for delivery on the 26 November 2024, however on that day I had not received any call from the guys delivering nor did I receive my parcel. On the same day, at night I received an email informing me that my parcel is returned to the warehouse in Graaff Reinet. I then started calling the warehouse regularly hoping that I would receive my parcel shortly after that day. On one occassion, I spoke to a lady with the name Linda and on the other occassion I spoke to Amandia who confirmed that on their system my parcel is with them but they couldn't locate it. Its been a back and forth with them since that time. On the 13 January 2025, I reported this again and I was told ITT Courier is still investigating. on the 16 January 2025 they (ITT Courier) changed the status to show that my parcel is delivered, whereas that is not true. To date, I still have not received my parcel, but ITT Courier insist I received it. ITT Courier cannot tell me who signed for my parcel or where they dropped it. I need assistance with this, either I get a refund or my parcel delivered.
On the 15th November 2024, I made an order of R923 on shein. My package went out for delivery on the 27th November 2024, however ITT Courier services failed to delivery, I received no call from them and I was later told my parcel went back to the ITT courier services branch in Graff Reinet where it got lost. After several attempts to finding out what could have possibly happened to my parcel, I was sent from pillar to post and given the run around including the bad treatment I received from both ITT courier services and Baffalo International logistics. To date my issue has not being solved. I need a refund or my clothes delivered. It's a huge inconvenience Baffalo and ITT courier services has cost me. If this is how we are treated by these companies, then we should stop using them.
