My name is Don, and I would like to raise a word of caution for customers that would like to visit the Table Bay Mall - Cobbler & Co Department Store situated in the ba*****t parking of the Table Bay Mall I had the worst experience and am now seeking SAPS intervention, as the Table Bay Management could NOT help me resolve my matter, The manager of the Table Bay Mall - Mrs Carla ( 021 140 1044 ) whom i logged the complaint with could NOT help me, she said she wil get back to me but till today she has not bothered to call me nor investigate the matter. Hence , i now seek SAPS intervention to open a ******** case of theft against the Table May Mall and there partner Cobbler & Co , the theft of my Suitecase - Monsca Travelling Luggage Bag - which was sent to repairs on the 20th Aug 2025 just to replace one wheel to teh Cobbler & Co . The two foreign national & the owner Ms Kowie says they cannot find my bag . This bag has a cost value of R5500 which i would like to claim for loose from the Table Bay Mall management & Cobbler & Co I was promised that this job to repair the bag would only take 2 weeks to fix the bag after i had approved the repairs and paid the deposit of R100. I had done all of the above, and still to this day, they have not fixed the bag and nor can they find where the bag is, they two foreign national in the store are clueless and they keep saying it's in the warehouse, and they cannot find it . Its almost a month, and my bag that was sent for repairs is missing and it has been ****** by the Cobbler & Co company in the Table Bay Mall by the two foreign nationals working there or it would have been sold to someone The company is run by two foreign nationals a lady - who didn't want to give me her name or the number and started to run away and hide before i could take her picture Second gentlemen a foreign national guy - he said his name is John - i don't believe that his real name and i don't think the Table Bay Centre management has even bothered to check if they are cleared of any ******** record or do they have the correct paperwork to work in SA inthe Table Bay Mall ? The SAPS need to investigate the ******* employment of such ******** at the Table Bay Mall . How can the Table Bay Mall Management not ask these question from there tenant renting the Space . Does the Table Bay Mall does not have Code of conduct and good practise when hiring tenant or giving access to employee without checking ********s record or paper work? I have ghiven the Table Bay Centre manager - Mrs Carla till 17h00 yesterday to attend to my matter and get back.m She has not done this meaning that she is over looking and covering up for the Cobbler & Co who have ****** my suite case that was sent for repairs on the 20th Aug 2025 Hence, I have tried all avenues with the management of the Table Bay Mall to get back to me regading the theft of my Suite Case and they have failed. Shocking to say the least - giving me lame excesses as they cannot get hold of the owner, why couldn't she ( Carla ) walk to the store to sort out the matter with the manager of Cobbler & Co The Company Owner - Cobbler & Co , whom the two foreign nationals report to is called Kowie ( 072 521 0666 ) So i urge all customer to think twice beofre you leave any item to get it repaured at the Cobbler & Co at teh Table Bay Mall. There service is shocking, no communicating , lack of professionalism, hiring foreign nationals without any experience in customer service to run and operate in such a Big Mall - Table Bay Mall. It's truly shocking service given even by the Table Bay Management - Mrs Carla. She has no sense of urgency to get my bag. She dints even bother to walk with me to the Cobbler & Co to investage at all. This is pure lack of managerial skill in running such a Big mall - no ethics or code of conduct is followed. You have ignored my complaint completely. I will take this matter further and expose on social media as to what's is going on in the Table Bay Mall, once i have the case number from SAPS tomorrow - first thing in the morning
Pathetic Fitness Club Ever Stop sending me your Landu Collection Team Referance 101003278 stating i owe R1698.55 - I don't owe you a cent Please read my full pathetic experience with Planet Fitness in Parklands. I have taken this matter to the Ombudsman. This was sent in March 2025 - To Planet Fitness In Parklands - No one assisted to resolve the matter . Now they are send debt collectors . Read my experience below : - I want to express the dissatisfaction i have had with the Parklands Planet Fitness management with regards to my contract Firstly, Frank was the sales agent i met towards the end Dec 2024 - who mentioned and promised various things stating if you join you don't have to pay the prorated fees and that i can register you from home you don't have to come to the gym ..etc. All I needed to pay was the Tag Fee & Reg Fee which came to R250 in total and that you will pay your first premium in Jan 2025 of R299 only. So Frank sent me on whatsapp from his home asking for all the details he required for me to register and including my bank details . I gave him all my details and at the end of dec 2024 I was registered . I went to the gym to pay my R250 as request by Frank Then my first visit to the Gym was in Jan 2025 - as i tried to enter the gym my tag didn't work and the receptionist said that i had not paid for the month. I told her that i have paid and even showed her my phone bank deduction of the money. To which she siad its not reflected on there side and said that my account is blocked till the amount is paid. I left that day I then texted Frank and told him what had happened and that i was not allowed to come in stating i have not paid and told him to urgently fix the problem. He never got back to me at all and i kept asking him via text if my account has been started to which he rep**** that he is working on it Then the following week i went to the bank to get my bank statement and ask the bank what had happened. The gave me the statement and told me that the gym has your money and that they have deducted your money from your account and that i must go back I went back to the gym to see Frank and sjowed him all the bank statement and to which he wouldnt help nor sort out as to why my bank account is deducted but does not reflect into the planet fitness acount . He said its not my fault its the head office fault and that he will fix the problem and call me once the problem is sorted Yet again , i wait for Frank to call me regarding my account and kept texing him to find out - he took forever to responded In teh month of Jan 2025 - i went only twice to the gym and that was only to sort out my problem and still i couldn't even get a solution Then in Feb 2025, i told Frank to take the debit order off my account and that i will come pay my R299 cash every month. Still he had not sorted the previous problem of my registration. So when i when back to the gym to speka to Frank - The receptionsit said that i now owe R780 for the month of Feb . I said there is now way . Its only R299 for the current month. This was a nightmare of back and forth - wasting my time and even in Feb i have not been able to use the Gym at all cause i was blocked out Eventually i when back towards the end of Feb 2025, as i was now getting fed up with Frank and the team and wanted to speak to a manager in charge . So the manager in charge was able to fix the problem and was tolded to pay R430 which i paid . I now have no interest in this gym any longer and in March i told Frank i am cancelling my membership fee as i have not even used the gym and had all the issues for the past two & half months just trying to register . Now they told me that i must now pay R 1196 as a cancelation fee I have asked for the Club manager to speak to me regarding this and he has been avoiding me and Frank has been avoiding me and non of them are talking to me. As i told them in an email that i am NOT going to pay the cancelation fee , whereas i have not been given the privileges of using the gym at all for the past two and a half months. I was blocked out Please address this issue with the club , as i am NOT going to pay any more money for this gym . Ihave been treated unfairly and there seem to be a lack of commuincation between what Frank promised me in Dec 2024 to what he has been telling the sales team in head office. One hand does not know what the otehr is doing I have notified them that if this matter is not resolved and senior managers are not calling me with this issue i will take this matter futher wilth the ombudsmen's office and lodging a complaint will be filled Please advise your soonest and please cancell & clear my account. I am NOT paying a cent for the trauma i had to go through these three month already. Very unprofessional club to say the least, lacks leadership and management ethic and shows no value for the customer at all. I will certainly take this matter further if nothing is done. I have all the voice recording and text messages to and from Frank since End Dec 2024 till now. I have proof of my bank statement of all money paid . Please advise if you need all these evidence for your investigation. i will gladly send them to you None of the Club manager at parklands nor Frank has called me to resolve this matter at all. My name is Don Jayakody - 0718882622 I took my Brand New Suzuki Swift which bought in Aug 2024 , i had a small accident on the 17th Oct 2024 where a bakkie drove into the right fender causing minor damage to the right fender and breaking the headlight. I could still drive the car - perfect condition only body damage - everything else was perfect. I was even driving the car after the accident until the Dals Motor Group in Montegue Garden gave me an date on the 02 Dec 2024 to bring the car for panel beating and repairs for the very minor damage to the front top right fender above the wheel and a damaged headlight. I got the car back on the 11th Dec 2024 - then 4days later the headlight that was replaced did not work - i took the car back on the 17th Dec 2024 and they fixed the problem . Now today 18th Dec 2024 , i get funny sounds coming out of the car when i now apply the bakes . These sounds never came even after the accident - i had been driving the car for over a month after the accident - it was in perfect condition. Ever since i had taken the Brand New Car ( bought in Aug 2024) to repairs at Dals Motor Group on the 02 Dec 2024. I have had a problem It seem that they have removed my brand new parts out of my car and replaced with old one - i am going to complain with the Automobil Association of SA and the ombudsman regarding this matter My car is brand new - only 4 month old and now they have messed i t up I am waiting on them to resolve my issue - they telling me that they are closing the shop for the holidays on Friday 20th Dec 2024.
