Car accident death resulting of Death of a parent
They are being paid for nothing the case of 11 years have not been settled my parent died in a car accident on the scene we they made me sign an offer lower than R25000. 00 they promised to help me only with that amount even now is 11 years and three months they have not called me when I contact............. They told me that these lawyers cancelled my case they never even handled my late parents accident well and he was not the one who was wrong they driver of the other vehicle was wrong but we were told we cannot claim from road accident fund what the hell is that. Im not happy at all a life has been lost you come to me and made me sign an offer next thing I heard that u cancelled the case you are full of something You think I have time to play... Clearly u don't know who I am just because I'm black and disabled you think you can treat me anyhow you like.
