Car accident death resulting of Death of a parent
They are being paid for nothing the case of 11 years have not been settled my parent died in a car accident on the scene we they made me sign an offer lower than R25000. 00 they promised to help me only with that amount even now is 11 years and three months they have not called me when I contact............. They told me that these lawyers cancelled my case they never even handled my late parents accident well and he was not the one who was wrong they driver of the other vehicle was wrong but we were told we cannot claim from road accident fund what the hell is that. Im not happy at all a life has been lost you come to me and made me sign an offer next thing I heard that u cancelled the case you are full of something You think I have time to play... Clearly u don't know who I am just because I'm black and disabled you think you can treat me anyhow you like.

SERVICE POOR
Disgusting to be told by a staff member - MELISSA that you have attitude and slams the phone done. Received a claim pending of monies owing to myself after 5 years and still no joy. no one can actually till the truth facts off when payment would be released. Leaving messages and following up , Either the relvant person(s) whom dealing with the file is either in a meeting, toilet or on lunch. As to date no update emails received and its already 8 months of the last update.

#HONEY_NET ATTORNEYS - INCREASING THE PAIN OF DIVORCE
Was divorced 7 years ago and Honey Attorneys in Bloemfontein handled the matter on behalf on my Ex and kindly decided to recover their costs (30k) from myself. Subsequently spent many years out of the country and too date have paid 8.5k against this account which they dont reflect. Have offered to settle, but they are unwilling to negotiate..... When I phone their partners in Grahamstown (Nettletons) they refer me to the Honey but are quite willing to issue court orders and sent the Sheriff around to a property I dont even reside on to take my sisters property away? How do I resolve this.....????

Nobody's Honey
Honey Attorney's has an outstanding amount owed to them by my brother who no longer lives on my property. When the Sheriff of the Court arrived I made an inventory of all of my furniture excluding the furniture that was in storage. I then started renovating a flat on my property for my elderly mother to come and live in and the sheriff arrived to take furniture that was not listed on the affidavit. This was approximately 4 weeks ago. Numerous calls to Honey attorneys and messages left for Ms Van Aagt have not been responded to. I do not owe money to Honey Attorneys and they have taken my furniture and have not returned it even though I have provided proof that the furniture is mine. I would like the furniture returned to me.
