o my disappointment of being a long-term client/customer that MVAP is still repeating in 1 months errors and the more I explain how it would be possible with the viewing of my bank statements, MVPA still does not make sense. MVP claiming that there’s a 1 months in error and nowhere of emails mentioning July 2024 debit was not received.With the homework set out for MVP delaying my service being placed on hold.What I can see clearly MVP is trying to debit for 2months for re-joing in Jul 29, 2024, 5:28 PM, POLICY NUMBER: ***** , where I had called in myself and was confirmed that only I payment -*** will be effected from 31/08/2025 and there is no double payment as this would be un affordable and no valid reason and I would be on one months waiting notice.ervice provider are awaiting to continue with the pending service to be completed.

I seem to not understand that UIF has a record that hours were reduced and claimed for ters funds. Received letter of employment via GROWTIME from the owner Mr Stefan Botha of Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein. Left with immediate effect on, 4 May 2020. Email trails ,Followups of requesting with the owner timelessly and the finance department Franca for UIF19 form provided and was it was mentioned that there are no records of a MR -***ID ******82 , UIF TERS Monies , R5 307.82 released Monday 15/06/2020 of which you had confirmed would be received the latest Wednesday 24/06/2020 not received. Thursday 25/06/2020 a follow up call was made and had confirmed, out of town, In JHB but however would request from accounts department to ensure payment would be released and available on Friday 26/06 due to commitments to meet as required. It was mentioned that a salary advice would be provided. Still No joy. Sadness out a ex staff it treat in these pandemic, COVID19 times especial when its a family of 2 young children that have been effected with no food and how to explain???
Disgusting to be told by a staff member - MELISSA that you have attitude and slams the phone done. Received a claim pending of monies owing to myself after 5 years and still no joy. no one can actually till the truth facts off when payment would be released. Leaving messages and following up , Either the relvant person(s) whom dealing with the file is either in a meeting, toilet or on lunch. As to date no update emails received and its already 8 months of the last update.
Quit dis appointed in the service given - PRELLER SQUARE Bloemfontein. Emailed prescription for collection - I followed up for email received - put on hold - received - i advised them to confirm all in order and no payments required as Day 1 has approved the chronic medication.I follow up again and collection was ready and nothing was mentioned.My driver went to collect - upon collection was told a levy fee had to be paid - requested assist with my dischem cash back points to be used as I have lost my card , re allocated from JNB to BFN and already provided my dis chem card number - Charlene put me to the front where card division to assist - where as well a new card could not be provided , where i need to collect my medication - now put on hold that i have to come into the store whereby it inconvenienced myself already.No support , communication false...
<p>Shocking to know how you are first treated with the delay of the renewal that you make sure there are no delays caused - NOV 18..During Jan 2019 since no SMS received but was told for the PDP Boxes are to be assisted and than the Renewal of the driver Licence,50.Then a SMS received with a Hand written AFFIDAVIT given as per Navalsig Police station dint have on hand stationary of the AFFIDAVIT.I even got the Police station confirmed stamp on the hand written letter.So I was refused to be assisted by the Bloemfontein Card renewals to get my Card.Again today,11/02/2019 was told that i was wasting the Supervisors time...what tune and manner to be spoken to whereby the 2nd time that was refused of the hand written AFFIDAVIT given was not assisted with from the Bloemfontein Drivers Licence renewal department.Shocked that the time,monies that is spent and spoken in discussed manner of the error caused from themselves.Now it realy shows where our Monies and SOUTH AFRICA GOING TO THE DUMPS.....But what if it was the other way?????NO FURTHER COMMENT....DISCUSSED.</p>
