PnP Gonubie is the worst PnP store. They don't have enough cashiers. 8 tills and 3 manned on a good day. Store has unpleasant smell. Stock al****** the floor preventing easy access. No trolleys. Have been a PnP shopper for years (lived in jhb). Have given negative feedback after each shopping experience and nothing changes. This store needs some serious intervention and a change in management to bring it up to the standard you would expect from a pnp store. The feedback about this store is all over social media and yet there seems to be no improvement year after year. PnP should be embarrassed and ashamed of this store and if PnP is not willing to operate it the same way that they operate other PnP stores then close the store.
Purchase was made in December. No delivery to date. Impossible to get hold of telephonically or via email. Keep changing the date when delivery can be expected. Dont buy anything from Manicaa.com
Order was palced on the 13 January for due date of delivery as the 6 Feb. I have tried to contact them on the telephone number provided with no one answering and a thank you for calling. I have sent an email with no response. I would like to find out if my order is being delivered.
For 3 weeks I have been experiencing terrible upload and download speeds on the fibre line. 4.86mgs download speed and 3.96mgs upload speed. Contracted to get 50mg download and upload. Reported to home-connect who said it was a Vumatel problem. Vumatel has checked the line and there are no issues. Home Connect has run diagnostics and still the same problem. I went with Home Connect because they had good reviews on Hello Peter. Terrible service and terrible fibre.
Terrible service. Was defrauded if all my money on the 25th March. No feedback although I’ve reported this to their customer complaints, forensics and branch. Promise to come back and don’t.
On 26 March Ban Fraudsters contacted me via a cell no, they purported to be from Capitec, had my Acc Number, ID, Cell No and email address and claimed that I had been defrauded. They communicated via my cell phone app and sms. I contacted Capitec at the same time to try and determine whether the fraudsters where working for the bank to discover that they weren't.. Capitec put the account on hold but by that stage the money had been transferred out. I had to open a Case No and sign an affidavit. The police would not open a case no without a statement and I couldnt get a statement because the account was placed on hold. The case and the affidavit were given to Capitec on the 27 March and to date the money has not been credited to my account... The branch has been amazing but the support that they receive is dismal.. with no feedback from HO. The fraud appears to be via internet banking.... Could Capitec please send alerts when someone has logged onto an email profile..
I have applied for a new contract with MTN, my existing contracts are all due for an upgrade. I have been an MTN customer for 15 years (originally with Nashua mobile). The contract is being refused on the grounds of a negative credit score. I have checked my credit score with TransUnion and Clear Score and my credit score is clear... MTN will not divulge what the problem is or how it can be rectified. I need a new service provider...
I’m a regular flier commuting between East London and Johannesburg. Always kulula flights are delayed. Flight MN806 due to leave at 18:05 delayed and scheduled to leave at 17:15. No explanation. A flight from Johannesburg delayed for over 3 hours. I know the argument is safety first. But can one of the flights that I catch with kulula be on time.... please make this a measurable KPI.......
I reported the phone and ADSL line out of order on the 21 June via the automated fault reporting and received a reference no. The line is broken - taken out by a tree branch. To date the fault is still waiting to be assigned to a technician. Telkom has given me an escalation reference. Please could someone at Telkom do something about the fault reporting and the resolution of these faults......
JH Retief collected furniture for me in 2 locations in Johannesburg. The furniture was split for delivery between East London and Barkly East. The majority of the goods were to be delivered in East London. The delivery happened yesterday and the incorrect furniture was delivered in both locations. A list of the goods was sent to Annalie at JH Retief clearly stating which item was to be delivered to either Barkly East or East London. I have contacted both Annalie and Willy at JH Retief. Mr Willy Nel claims that the goods were split by my representative who supervised the loading and his driver will confirm this. The instruction to the driver was to contact Annalie about the delivery address and where the goods should be delivered. I have paid for transportation of oods which have been delivered incorrectly and am not happy.
